Your build for version is the latest available and still in support. There was an issue with switching out of S Mode some months ago but the build you have should have installed the updated Store. I can only suggest now that you reset the Store and try again.

Go to Apps and Features, search for Store and select the entry. Select Advanced option and scroll down to Reset. Once complete open the Store make sure there is not a Store update waiting to update, if you don’t see a number at the top right of the Store then select See more the 3 dots then Downloads and updates. Try the process again. Choose where you want to search below Search Search the Community. Search the community and support articles Windows Windows 10 Search Community member.
